I can not open a specific numbers file in iCloud.

i have a couple of numbers files in the iCloud. since i upgrate to Yosemite, one of them can not be opened on all my devices, iMac, iPhone or iPad. i tried to copy the file to the desktop, same, can not be opened. i tried to backup via time machine, not possible, time machine does not work like before. any ideas what i can do?
